10:15 a.m. � 10:30. a.m. Ms. Donise Stevens will portray Aunt Betty Thomas, known as the owner of Fort Stevens, D.C.
10:30 a.m. � 11:30 a.m. Dr. B. F. Cooling (Noted Historian & Professor at the National Defense University) will be asked to speak on Fort Stevens and the necessity to save the nation�s Forts and other disappearing or forgotten historical landmarks of the Civil War. He is working with the Civil War Preservation Trust on just such a project.
