HEADQUARTERS U.S. FORCES,
Lyles' House, near La Fayette, Tenn., June 2, 1864.

 

The brigades of infantry accompanying this expedition will constitute a division, to be commanded by Col. W. L. McMillen, Ninety-fifth Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Commanding officers of brigades will report to Colonel McMillen for orders without delay.
